On February 6, 2018, MHBA participated in the 3rd Annual Maryland Legislative Latino Caucus Community & Legislative Priorities Evening in Annapolis. MHBA President, Raphael Santini presented the MHBA’s priorities to caucus members and attendees. These priorities focused on improving access to justice to limited English proficient clients, by improving the interpretation services at all the Maryland District Courts levels.
