On November 2, 2017, MHBA President-Elect Manny Fishelman and Board members Jamie Alvarado-Taylor and Llamilet Gutierrez attended the J. Franklyn Bourne’s Annual Scholarship Awards Banquet. Maryland  Attorney General Brian Frosh was the keynote speaker. The attend was well-attended by members of the bar and the bench.
