Pathways to the Bench

On February 9, 2017, MHBA co-sponsored a Pathways to the Bench event with the Maryland State Bar Association.
The panel for this event included:

• Yolanda Curtin, Circuit Court for Harford County
• Charles Dorsey III, Circuit Court Baltimore City
• Monise A. Brown, Magistrate for Charles County
• Dave Palmer, former Judicial Nominating Commission

The panel spoke about their respective careers and offered advice to young attorneys and aspiring judges. The event was unique as attendees received a rare glimpse into the mind of a judge.
