Emmanuel (“Manny”) Fishelman was born in Queens, New York. As the son of an Ecuadorean immigrant mother and an American father, Manny was raised in a bi-lingual household. Manny received his bachelor’s degree in political science and history, while graduating cum laude, at the City University of New York, Queens College campus. After receiving his undergraduate degree in 2011, Manny obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Leadership Scholarship. During law school, he served as the managing editor of the Journal of Business & Technology Law and as an executive board member of LLSA – the Latino Law Student Association.
Manny joined the Meyers, Rodbell & Rosenbaum team after law school in 2014. He concentrates his practice on Plaintiff’s personal injury and immigration. As a bi-lingual attorney, Manny works with Spanish-speaking clients to ensure that language barriers are a non-issue in the litigation process.
